p & l managerial experience in the world wide geographic market segments of
china, japan, se asia, north & south america and europe; including three years
based in paris, france. his background includes global sales team management,
international strategic marketing, global product management, successfully
seeking and forming sales & manufacturing joint ventures and partnerships,
managing overseas distribution channels, VAR's and stocking distributors, several
successful new product introductions and a track record of aggressive sales
growth in international and domestic markets. chris has resided in five countries.
he received his bachelors of economics & commerce from simon fraser university
in vancouver, british columbia, canada and an mba (international business) from
the university of san francisco.
dr. edward binkley: silicon valley, california
over thirty years of new technology development, product scale-up, and
manufacturing process innovation in the telecommunications, datacom, defense
electronics, display and ic packaging markets for bell labs, raychem corporation
and promex industries. extensive startup experience as a founder of lightwave
microsystems and poa sana incorporated which includes fund raising,
development and process line facility engineering as well as regulatory statute
compliance in california. ed has developed a wide base of technical contacts in
europe, japan and canada after traveling extensively in these areas and being
based in the united kingdom for four years. his experience includes managing
numerous joint international product development projects with large and small
technical partners, fund raising from government and private sources; and most
recently servicing the specialty ic packaging market as the cto of promex
industries. ed received a bachelors degree from colorado college and a ph.d.
(chemistry) from the university of california, berkeley.

two chinese based start-ups. claude possesses strong customer penetration skills
in several diverse markets including telecom, optoelectronics, energy, defense,
aerospace, chemical & petrochemical, automotive, mass transportation, data
processing and commercial electronics. je has been actively involved
Internationally with nano technology, optical planar components, ic's, insulators &
adhesives, noise absorption (nvh) materials, as well as conductive and shape
memory polymers & alloys. during his extensive international career claude has
created, led and successfully managed high tech world wide sales teams and
proprietary technology strategic marketing groups. his expertise also includes the
creation and negotiation of several International partnerships and joint ventures of
high tech products along with their accompanying intellectual property. claude

Million. he has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing,
manufacturing and research & development gained through working in major
multi-national corporations. mr. tan has developed a wide network of reliable
distributors, reps and manufacturers in china and the asia pacific region. a
strong relationship has been established with a wide customer base in the
defense, marine, automotive, rail, offshore, aerospace, industrial, telecom and
electronics markets, and most recently in the storage area network market. eric
received his mba (marketing & corporate finance) from stirling university in
scotland and has completed the stanford university & nus executive program.
